A piece of the promo art for Upperdecks Marvel VS series.

I use to follow the John Byrne She-Hulk series way back when. It was interesting to see a character that knew they were a comic character and did things like walking over a gutter from one panel to the next to get to a desired location.

LOL, Though one time the "clever" idea of having her disappear behind the page, so that essentially 4 or 5 pages of the book could be left completely BLANK was such an obvious cop out. Eventually the book seemed like a testing ground for cop out stunts, like having 22 one panel splash pages comprise an entire issue.

It did always seem really odd to me that a character who has such a strong connection to the god like Hulk never really got that aspect played up more for her. Though my exposure to the character probably was'nt of the best era I'm guessing.

Yeah sadly the She-Hulk doesn't get the treatment I think a lot of us feel she deserves. And again much like Psylocke, She-Hulk is up there as one of my most absolute fav Marvel women.

And of course, again great work on the image. I love She-Hulk's expression, and the work on her stomach looks phenominal!
