Psylocke

Psylocke happens to be my other favorite Marvel character (the other one is here-->[link] ). They did a great job reinventing this character after the whole seige perilous revamping thing. They got rid of the wimp in the purple armor and made her a character that was more slick, stealthful, deadly, and simply more interesting to look at and read about.

My interest in X-men wained when things got overly convoluted as she got this crimson scar thing and her psychic blade became a psychic sword. It was around the psychic sword time I stopped reading X-men all together. I later heard that she was killed (or in media/franchaise terms went to sleep for awhile). Apparently she's suppose to be coming back now?
