Mechanismo

A final test render for one of the main digital characters from EMPOWERED: HELLBENT OR HEAVENSENT.

Those that are familiar with Mechanismo will realize he looks somewhat different here than he does in the previous versions of Empowered. I was given free reign to mess around with him since he technically can change his appearance if he likes.

For those that don't know his story, he was a regular human who had sex with a alien princess, and ended up getting a otherworldly std that transformed him into his current mecha form. This also is a plot point in the Empowered:HB or HS.

I've toyed with 3D a lot in the past, but this was the first digital character I ever did for a comic. I'm continuing to strive for that harmonious blend between hand painted and computer generated art.
