This is the final composition for the Upperdeck promotional art. This is the art that you'll see on the card packaging and the box art.
Each character was done individually so the art department at UD could use all the characters for different packaging treatments/compositions. Normally what happens is that UD commisions an artist to do a main poster like illustration, and then the art department would have to try and find characters in the piece that weren't cropped or too small in the art for use in other packaging elements. |
