Page one of a 2pg comic strip done for White Wolfs, Manual of Exalted Power: Abyssals.
A prince along with a group of assassins look to take out the Lady of Darkness with the blood stained robes, but end up getting more than they bargined for.
Short comics like these offer some challenge in the fact that they are so short. Establishing the good and bad guys in one page is fairly constricting. I had to sacrifice panel flow (as in your eye has a tendency to want to jump from 2 to panel 5) so I could have a good establishing shot of the prince and assassins, as well as the main villain of the story in the last panel. I deliberately have the Princes head breaking the panel 2-3 border to help the readers eye flow to where it's suppose too. Hopefully it's not too confusing.

LOL! I apparently raised the NPP (Nipples Per Panel) for the book with these pages too. It's a tough job but somebodies gotta do it!
